With over thirty years of experience in real estate, Chuck began his career in property management in 1978 in mall management and marketing. Chuck received his North Carolina Brokers License in 1986. For the past ten years he managed and leased University Center, a 675,000+/- sf flex and industrial development in Winston-Salem. He has worked with such national and local tenants as FedEx, Phillips Electronics of North America, Smurfit-Stone, Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC, Parrish Tire, GMAC and Debbie's Staffing Services.
