Jack brings to Meridian over 27 years experience in economic development, downtown development and business recruitment, along with government incentive and permitting programs, serving as the Director of Downtown Development in Winston-Salem before coming to Meridian. With a project portfolio ranging from bank headquarters and research parks to downtown retail and multi-family development, Jack is uniquely able to spot the "next opportunity" for businesses and developers of all types.

More recently Jack has represented a number of Class A office and industrial clients, and is securing significant tracts of land for new residential subdivisions.
