David holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and has over twenty years commercial asset and property management experience. His specialty is commercial office buildings, retail centers, and condominiums. David's experience encompasses both third-party property management and managing corporate facility departments, which enables Meridian to provide a full spectrum of property and facility management services for our clients. Prior to joining Meridian, David directed the Corporate Real Estate and Services Department for GMAC Insurance's Agency Division. Prior to GMAC Insurance, David was with PM Realty Group where he served in a variety of property and facility management roles with one of the nation's largest full service, third-party property management companies. David's role with Meridian is to direct the property management division, Meridian Realty Services.
